- Weather Advisory: Be prepared for the unexpected. In the event of extreme weather, Singapore Flyer operations may be temporarily suspended for safety. However, Time Capsule remains open.
- Arrive Early: To ensure a smooth experience, arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time slot for check-in at the Guest Services Lounge (Level 1).
- Punctuality Matters: Latecomers may still have a chance to board, subject to availability and at the discretion of our staff.
- Convenient Transfers: Need a ride? Transfers are available throughout Singapore town, excluding Woodlands and Changi areas.
- Safety First: Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff and remain seated during the rotation of the Singapore Flyer for your safety and that of others.
- No Smoking Zone: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises, including inside capsules and designated areas.
- Leave Outside Food Behind: For hygiene and safety reasons, outside food and drinks are not permitted within the capsules.
- Supervise Kids: Keep an eye on the little ones. Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
- Terms and Conditions: Entry signifies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions listed on our website. Be sure to check them out beforehand.
- Child Tickets: Child tickets are applicable for guests aged 3 to 12.
- Plan Around Blackout Dates: Keep in mind blackout dates such as Singapore Grand Prix race days and other stipulated days.
- Ticket Policy: All tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-extendable.
- No Outside Food or Beverage: Consumption of outside food or beverage is prohibited unless permitted by SLPL.
- Weather Contingency: In case of inclement weather, flight operations may be suspended temporarily. However, affected guests can revisit within the next 30 days.
- Identification Verification: We reserve the right to request identification for verification purposes and refuse admission to suspicious ticket holders without refund.
- Ticket Security: Protect your tickets. We're not liable for unauthorized duplication or lost/stolen tickets.
