• Please note, the activity may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions. We will inform you promptly about any changes and arrange the next available time slot.

• For safety reasons, participants are prohibited from carrying sharp objects, lighters, alcohol, knives, etc.

Arrival and Timing:

• Kindly arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time slot. Punctuality is crucial as the activity runs on a strict timeline.

Guidelines and Precautions:

• Pay close attention to safety guidelines provided by the instructor both before and after the activity.
• Refrain from consuming heavy meals or alcohol before and immediately after the activity to ensure a comfortable experience.

Package Inclusions and Exclusions:

• Personal expenses and items of personal nature are not included in the package. Meals and transfers not specified in the itinerary are also excluded.

COVID-19 Safety Measures:

• Follow guidelines issued by the State Government, including maintaining social distancing, frequent hand sanitization, and wearing masks as recommended.

Identification Requirements:

• Bring a valid ID proof for each guest at the time of booking and upon arrival. PAN card will not be accepted as a valid address proof.
• Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details during booking and upon arrival.
